These terms cover stormingsoftware.com, its product pages, and anything you reserve or buy from Storming Software ("we", "us"). By using the site or paying a deposit, you agree to them.

What we sell

We build software for small businesses. Some products are offered for early access before they exist. Each product's page describes what it will do and what it costs. We describe products honestly, but a product that is not built yet can change before launch.

Deposits and pre-orders

A deposit reserves early access to a product we plan to build. It does not guarantee the product will launch, or launch on a particular date. If we decide not to build it, we refund your deposit in full. The full rules are in our refund policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars unless a page says otherwise.

Using our software

Don't use our products to break the law, send spam, or interfere with other people's use of the service. We may suspend an account that does. You keep ownership of the data you put into our products.

No warranty

Our products are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and available, but we can't promise they will be error-free or always online.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't apply to payments you made before the change.
